Tree
The Tree Pose, also known as Vrikshasana in Sanskrit, is a popular yoga posture that helps to improve balance and stability, as well as promote relaxation and focus. You can practice together.
Begin in Mountain Pose, standing straight with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides.
Shift your weight onto your left foot and lift your right foot off the ground, bending your right knee and placing the sole of your right foot against your left inner thigh. Make sure your right knee is pointing out to the side.
Bring your hands together in front of your chest in a prayer position or raise your arms overhead and spread them wide like branches.
Focus your gaze on a fixed point in front of you to help with balance.
Hold the pose for 5-10 deep breaths, then slowly release and repeat on the other side.
Note: Try to keep your hips level and squared forward. Engage your core muscles to help with balance. If you find it difficult to place your foot against your inner thigh, you can place it against your calf or ankle instead. Avoid placing your foot against your knee joint as this can cause strain or injury.
Goal:
Improve balance
Improve focus
Strengthen legs and trunk muscles
Promote relaxation

Elephant ears
Have the child sit or lay on the ground (or in bed).
The child puts the fingers of the hands around the earlobes and spreads the edges of the earlobes with the fingers.
Then he pulls the entire earlobe away from the head, in all directions.
Goal:
Massage the acupuncture points on the earlobes
Promote relaxation.
Let's draw a tree
Draw a large tree with your child (preferably on very large paper).
Talk about having a trunk, branches, leaves. The next day talk about e.g. what kinds of trees we know. Evergreen trees (pine, cedar…), deciduous (maple, oak, birch, poplar…), fruit trees (apple trees - these have flowers in spring, apples grow on them in autumn, etc.), coniferous trees…
Now go for a walk, try to find the trees that you drew or that you could draw the next day. Keep the best picture, we'll need it in 14 days 😊
Goal:
Improve graphomotor skills
Improve topic talk
Orientation in the world
The sun
Let's draw the sun according to the poem:
Look, Grandma, see what I've done,
I've painted a sun, just for fun. (Draw a circle)
A circle for its shape, bright and bold,
With eyes like a pussycat, so I'm told. (Draw eyes)
The sun smiles and talks quietly too,
With a kiss in the center, just for you. (Draw a kiss/mouth)
It shines on houses, and it shines on trees,
On little kittens, it shines with ease. (Draw big rays)
But most of all, the sun shines bright,
For all the children, with rays of light. (Draw short rays between the big rays)
Short and long, they dance and play,
As the sun shines down, each and every day. (Keep on drawing short rays between the big rays)
Goal:
Improve graphomotor skills
Improve focus
Improve memory
Improve pronunciation.

Do you like poems? Next week we will draw a turtle with a poem 😊. See you next week!
